Transparity Academy
We are passionate about supporting people to commence their journey in the tech field through formal learning whilst working. The Transparity Academy is the framework for apprenticeships and we welcome apprentices in a variety of technical and support function roles.
We also welcome work experience and work placements for those wanting exposure to the industry or those studying a related course at University.
Future Talent Programme
The Future Talent Programme has been designed to ‘Fast-track’ high potential talent into Transparity and develop them once onboard to fully meet the expectations of an existing role in our organisational structure. The programme is personalised based on the individual strengths and development areas with specific learning objectives and outcomes set on a regular basis, but each programme will consist of a number of components including, but not limited to: Guidance to complete relevant certifications Mentorship for projects CliftonStrengths development Career and skill coaching Career pathway design Other specific courses or qualifications as required
Leadership Development
Once onboard, we keep growing and learning. Our Fit2Lead programme is designed to develop new and existing leaders so we continue to be great role models to our team members.
