We also welcome work experience and work placements for those wanting exposure to the industry or those studying a related course at University.

Our Partnerships
To deliver our apprenticeships we’ve partnered with QA, a fellow Gold Microsoft Partner. QA offer digital and degree apprenticeships that focus on the most in-demand tech skills including cyber, IT, software development, data and digital marketing.
Over an 18-month period, our apprentices complete a QA programme alongside real-time experience in a customer-facing role, with the potential to be offered a full-time position at Transparity upon completion.

Join us for your graduate placement year to get first-hand experience in the exiting world of Microsoft Cloud technologies. Our placements take you beyond what you’ve already learned to give you a clear insight into the day-to-day as well as the career paths available to you.

Jasmin Devonshire
Service Operations Administrator
Jasmin joined Transparity in July 2021 and graduated from the Transparity Academy in August 2023 completing the Microsoft Level 3 Data Essentials Apprenticeship with Distinction. Jasmin now has a full-time position with Transparity as Service Operations Administrator, a crucial role as part of the Operations department. Jasmin partners with various teams across the business and has most recently used her skills to onboard and train our latest Academy Cohort. With no previous experience in Tech Jasmin took the brave step into a new career journey and joined the team here at Transparity, read her story here →
