Diversity and Inclusion

Transparity have a proactive attitude when it comes to looking after the wellbeing and inclusion of all our employees.

Disability Confident

We are proud members of the Disability Confident Employer schemes. Connecting with likeminded, passionate, and committed organisations will enable us to collectively make lasting change to attract more diverse talent into the tech industry.

We promote equal opportunities through our recruitment process and a positive, inclusive culture across the business which we are proud of. We are diverse in our approach to recruitment and recognise that talent comes in all different forms.  The diversity in our team strengthens our culture and is what helps our business work so well.

Tech Talent Charter

We are committed to the shift that needs to happen to make the tech landscape more diverse and inclusive – we’re proud signatories of the Tech Talent Charter.

The Charter is  government-supported membership group that brings together a community of businesses who are passionate about attracting, retaining and supporting the best talent out there. This includes individuals belonging to underrepresented groups in the tech industry, such as ethnic minorities, women, disabled and neurodiverse individuals, as well as those facing socioeconomic disadvantages. Being a member equips Transparity with networks and resources to help boost our diversity and inclusion efforts.

Women in Transparity

We’re dedicated to attracting more women into the industry as well as Transparity, and so ‘Women in Transparity’ or ‘WIT’ was born.

WIT is an internal network and catch up for connection, support, knowledge sharing, career guidance, inspiration, and more.  Each member of WIT receives a membership to The WIT Network which gives them access to events, training and community support.

“We are delighted to become a signatory to the Tech Talent Charter. Our success to date has been built on the foundations of attracting outstanding talent and enabling this talent to thrive in a culture that is focussed on the values of one team, customer focus, integrity, personal growth and individual strengths.

Through supporting the Tech Talent Charter and utilising the great best practice examples and toolkits we are committed to offering great career opportunities for all.”

Neil Tune, Chief People & Culture Officer

As someone with Autism, I found it comforting that Transparity are recognised as “Disability Confident”. This meant that when I was interviewing, I felt comfortable disclosing my neurodiversity; something which I have been reluctant to do with other companies.
