Carbon Neutral Britain

We’re proud to be named a carbon neutral organisation.

We have published our first net zero report that confirms we are carbon neutral, and also includes our carbon reduction plan to achieve net zero by 2045. We will be reviewing and reporting on our progress each year. Read the Net Zero Report here →

Cleaner Cloud

We’re committed to playing our part in slowing down climate change. We are delighted to commence our programme towards a ‘Cleaner Cloud’ with our partnership with the Woodland Trust, the UK’s Largest Woodland Conservation Charity.

Our partnership has just begun, but we cannot wait to see our grove grow! When you join Transparity, a tree will be planted; give us your feedback in our engagement surveys, and another tree will be planted! There will be numerous other activities that we will do to support this fantastic cause.

Impact Ambassador

Our people want to be part of the solution! Our Impact Ambassadors are championing change within our organisation to make Transparity a sustainable organisation. We organise events on Impact Days, such as tree planting initiatives in collaboration with the Woodland Trust.

It’s part of our calendar

It’s part of our DNA to support charities through various activities, and each employee has the opportunity to take up on two fully paid ‘Impact Days’ to deliver social value to a charity that’s important to the business and a charity that’s important to them personally.

Each year, Transparity supports Action for Children and their fantastic initiative ‘Boycott your Bed’! Team Transparity come up with creative ways to sleep and raise money for vulnerable children in the UK.

Over £25,000 has been donated to charities in the last two years and our efforts don’t stop there. Look out for our upcoming event posts and hopefully we can follow our flow and raise more money year on year.
